We offer delivery service in Shenzhen, China.
If there is bad weather or other factors that cause the company to go on vacation, we will send you an email to let you know as soon as possible. Order shipment may be delayed.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST on Friday may not be processed for shipment until the following Monday morning.
You will receive an automatic shipment notification and tracking notification once your order has been processed.
Standard delivery time is 7-15 days per order, and "Expedited Shipping" is only available when stock is available in our U.S. warehouse.

Sincecam does not ship to any military addresses or addresses that are unavailable to freight forwarders. You must provide a physical address within your country for your order to be successfully processed and shipped. In the event of any of the above complaints, we will refund the original order amount.
